Apart hotel

Peki consists of two different types of accommodations: in boutique hotel Arvore apartments we rent 4 comfortable apartments in a closed complex and in pousada Peki next door we rent basic chalets in an ecological garden.
Our apart hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood between the ferry of Porto Seguro (2km away) and the center of Arraial d'Ajuda (3km).This condominium is surrounded by glorious scenery and only 100 metres from the beach. The apartments are very suited to a longer stay, like through the winter. Group arrangements could also be made – for seminars, courses or just passing through.


On the ground floor opposite the swimming pool we offer the green apartment. It consists of a living room with a bed/bank, t.v./dvd, dining table, an open kitchen, fully equipped and a safe in the cupboard. The sleeping room has a double bed, two reading lights on the wall, a mosquito net, air conditioning and black out curtains.
Suitable for 4 persons. We could place an extra bed in the living room for a fifth guest.


On the first floor we offer the orange apartment for 4 persons. It has the same interior as apartment green.


On the first floor the blue apartment has a living room with a bed/bank, a dining table, a fan, t.v./dvd, and a open kitchen. It has two sleeping rooms. One sleeping room consists of a double bed, reading lights and a safe. Another sleeping room with a bunk bed and air conditioning. Both are equipped with a mosquito net, air conditioning and black out curtains. Available until 7 persons.


Below apartment blue on the ground floor you can stay in the apartment with red details. It is similar to the green and orange apartment, however it is a little bigger. We can place an extra bed. It has a private garden in front of the living room and behind the sleeping room. Sleeps 4 or 5 people.

We’ll offer you the first bottle of water(20L). More can easily be ordered by telephone (at guest’s own cost). Gas cylinders are included in the rental price.


We will place a cot in your sleeping room upon request and we can arrange a baby sitter for your children.


All apartments have their own terraces and hammocks... with a view of the exotic garden. Each of the two ground floor apartments has its own little garden.
In addition to the kitchen in your own apartment, there is an open kitchen behind the swimming pool, equipped with a gas cooker and a barbeque, intended for communal use. No inspiration to cook? We'll cook for you or we organise a barbeque.

For a small charge, you can have your wash done in the laundry at the back of the garden.
There is a bar for residents in the entrance area, where you can also find the bookshelf containing books which you can borrow for free.

You’ll also find a sitting area. You can relax in the tree house on the trunk in the garden, drink your cocktail or enjoy a massage. The ultimate playground for children.
Free parking is available in front of the complex.
Tropical plants, flowers and fruit can be found throughout the garden. Feel free to pick some fruit.


Your apartment will be cleaned 6 times a week except Sundays.
Every other day we change your towel and every four days your bed linen.
Warm water in the shower comes from the solar panel on our roof. We throw the waste of your vegetables in our garden.


You can use your laptop for wireless connection to internet 24 hours a day, free of charge. Deck chairs are around the pool and there is also an outside shower.

Advantages

Only five minutes’ walk to the lovely, quiet Aracaipe beach.

Two minutes’ walk to the bus stop (with 24-hour service) on the main road. Because we are situated on the parallel street, we are not bothered by traffic noise.

The bakery around the corner has delicacies throughout the week. It’s also a mini supermarket and a lunchroom.You can order home delivery at our restaurant PEKI next door. Our French cook is specialized in snacks and sweets.
Your groceries can be delivered by the supermarket in the village centre.
